Having driven by this coffee shop a bunch, I finally dropped in today. The inside has a small seating area and parking nearby was full in the back lot and street parking is the typical metered sidewalk parking that Mission Hills/Hillcrest has. The service from the staff was great and there was little to no wait which was nice.
My *Affogato* was so pleasant and definitely impressed me! I love espresso and the ice cream they had was Vegan Vanilla which paired great. The hot espresso was perfect and it gave me the afternoon boost I needed on the hot day out. Also their *Iced Tea -Coconut Creme* was nourishing and just as good, yum. I loved both treats here!~ -

Such a cute place for a quick coffee stop. Came here during the week with a friend around 10am and there were already several seats taken. This shop is super tiny with a few tables inside and maybe two table outside. So if you're in search for a place that you can hang out at this might not be the place if you arrive late.
The staff is friendly and the coffee is delicious. I didn't order their signature drinks because I prefer coffee my coffee without sugar or sweetener. The environment of this place is minimalist with a few cool stickers and pop culture action figures behind the register.
Overall 10/10 I would come back - i forgot to mention that parking is street paid meters or paid parking in surrounding areas. -

When I am at a coffee shop I usually order a cortado which is an espresso drink made with equal parts steamed milk and espresso. I thought the cortado I had was mediocre. I just felt like the espresso was not very complex. It just tasted very dark and didnt have much sweetness.
I definitely like the aesthetics of the place and it feels like a neighborhood coffee shop which is a big plus in my book. -

I had this place bookmarked for a while, and finally got to try it when I'm in the neighborhood today. The coffee is so high quality, service is great too. If you are a coffee lover, this is a MUST try. I'd say this is probably my favorite coffee place in SD (I like it better than blue bottle).

If you are looking for a good place to work/study and have a great coffee, I recommend, you know the @heartworkcoffeebar
My choice was Ethiopia coffee with honey and lavender notes and also this place provides an excellent space to develop your projects.
Small but cozy and without much noise to disturb, this coffee has entered my list of favorite places around here.
